We are pleased to announce that Candidates who have been admitted to various colleges and universities can now download their admission letters from their respective institution's student's portal. Please see the guide below.

The Admission Letter is a document that indicates that you have been offered provisional admission into any degree program in a College or University. The document contains information about the school offered admission, the faculty/school/college, department, the degree you are pursuing, the duration of the course, and basically everything you need to know about your admission.

Contents of the Admission letter

Here is a list of important items highlighted on the admission letters :

1. .The School where the student has been placed i.e school of education, School of Pure and Applied Sciences.
2. The Title of the degree that the student will be awarded at the completion of the study period e.g Bachelor of Education.
3. The reporting date.
4. The student’s registration number.
5. Documents that the student must present on the reporting date e.g Originals and copies of: Admission Letter, KCSE Certificate and/or KCSE Result Slip on the day of registration for verification purposes, National Identification Card. If under 18 years of age, Birth Certificate will be required, National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) Registration Card for self or for guardian, Proof of payment of full fees as per the respective programme fee structure and Your agreement to adhere to the Rules and Regulations Governing the Conduct and Discipline of Students of the University.
6. Fees payment details; amounts and accounts into which the deposits are to be made.
